Founded in 2018, Dhinewan Mentoring was established to create change and empower individuals and teams to strengthen connection, wellbeing and leadership capabilities. At the centre of our work is a commitment to delivering high quality programs that create lasting impact. Our programs are designed to challenge people to see beyond what they know, shift their mindset toward what is possible, recognise their strengths, build confidence, and take positive steps toward their future.

Based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Dhinewan Mentoring delivers programs across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Sydney and surrounding regions.

Our programs are interactive, reflective and deeply engaging. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to create a supportive and meaningful space where participants can build trust, strengthen communication, develop leadership skills, support wellbeing and deepen their connection to culture.

We provide high impact mentoring, staff development and team building programs for schools and organisations. Through our work, we support schools and organisations to strengthen relationships, build confident leaders and create positive environments where individuals and teams can feel connected, supported and empowered to reach their full potential.

Classroom ready cultural education.

Our digital learning subscription supports educations to confidently embed cultural education into everyday teaching. The program includes video workshops, teacher notes, student activities and curriculum aligned resources that make cultural learning practical, engaging and easy to implement.
