The digital program is paid in advance annually to allow users access to complete workshops in sequence as required. The nature of a digital resources means they are accessible once purchased and are available electronically. Unlike a t-shirt or a book, you can’t (really) return a PDF, Word document, or other files once you’ve downloaded it. For that reason, all sales on digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.
Users are welcome to cancel their membership/subscription prior to the automatic renewal for the following year. However a refund will not be provided for the months remaining on the subscription based on the information above.
All content included in or made available through the Dhinewan Mentoring website and digital learning platform, such as video resources, pdfs, documents, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads is the property of Dhinewan Mentoring is protected by the Australian copyright laws. No sections or parts are to be duplicated, shared or used without permission from Dhinewan Mentoring.

Smoking Ceremonies are a traditional practice and may only be performed by Aboriginal people. This cultural practice is safe when implemented by the appropriate Aboriginal person/s as per cultural protocol.
