New Education & Schools

EDUCATION & SCHOOLS

Partnering with schools for growth, connection and leadership.

We deliver education programs in primary and secondary schools that strengthen confidence in young people and support them to grow with purpose and direction.

Our programs are designed to create real outcomes for students by helping them build self belief, develop stronger relationships, make healthier choices and communicate with confidence. Through culturally grounded learning experiences, students are encouraged to recognise their strengths, understand their place in the world and grow the confidence to make a positive contribution to their school, community and into their future.

Grounded in wellbeing, leadership and cultural connection, our programs create learning environments where every student feels valued, supported and empowered to thrive.

Aligned with the Australian Curriculum. Our approach helps schools meaningfully embed Aboriginal perspectives across learning in a way that is authentic, engaging and positive.

01 EDUCATION & SCHOOLS
PROGRAM OPTIONS

Our Cultural Education Programs provide immersive and interactive learning experiences that bring learning to life. Through storytelling, history, cultural knowledge and shared values, students develop a deeper understanding of the connection between people, culture, Country and community.

The program explores how traditional knowledge systems and our connection to Country continue to guide us in a modern world — teaching balance, mindfulness, and care for self, others and the environment. By linking cultural education to contemporary challenges such as wellbeing, leadership and sustainability, students gain a renewed awareness that traditional thinking and modern learning work together.

02 WELLBEING PROGRAMS
PROGRAM OPTIONS

Our Wellbeing Programs support students to build the foundations for a healthy, balanced and confident life by helping them understand how to care for their mind, body and everyday wellbeing. Students explore how their thoughts, habits and daily choices influence the way they feel, learn, focus and respond to challenges.

The program encourages young people to build confidence in looking after themselves — developing healthy routines, managing stress in positive ways and understanding physical health, including sleep, hydration, nutrition and movement, and how these areas impact mood, energy, focus and overall health.

03 YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM OPTIONS

Our Youth Leadership Programs are designed to develop conscious, values-driven young leaders who understand that true leadership begins with why — with purpose, empathy and service to others. Drawing on modern leadership principles, our approach helps students connect their personal values to meaningful action.
Students emerge as young leaders who not only strive for personal success, but seek to inspire, support and elevate others — creating lasting change where it matters most.

04 CULTURAL EXPERIENCES · NAIDOC & ON COUNTRY
PROGRAM OPTIONS

These experiences invite students and educators to celebrate, learn and connect through immersive cultural learning — bringing history, language and culture to life in ways that inspire curiosity and understanding. During NAIDOC Week and throughout the year, workshops engage with the annual NAIDOC theme, encouraging reflection on identity, belonging and shared responsibility.

Students participate in interactive activities such as traditional dance, storytelling, bush tucker, art, artefacts, boomerang throwing, gunyah building and weaving. Our On-Country Experiences extend secondary students' learning beyond the classroom, exploring the deep cultural and spiritual connection to land, value systems, customs and local history.

06 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & CULTURAL IMMERSION

Dhinewan Mentoring partners with schools to strengthen leadership, deepen cultural capability, and build culturally safe, connected team environments. Our professional learning integrates Aboriginal perspectives with practical strategies that enhance communication, wellbeing, and workplace culture across all staff levels.

PROGRAM OPTIONS

Our Professional Development and Cultural Immersion programs support educators to deepen their understanding of Aboriginal perspectives, cultural knowledge and Connection to Country.

Centred on belonging, responsibility and the living knowledge held within place, each experience is designed to strengthen cultural capability, staff connection, leadership and whole-school alignment.

With a strong focus on Country and community, educators explore connection to place, kinship, cultural protocols, local knowledge and the relationships that shape belonging. These shared experiences help staff consider how culture, wellbeing and leadership can inform everyday practice, strengthen relationships and contribute to a more connected and culturally responsive school community.
